HHi Sis, greetings from Ms. Zaim from Indonesia, Masya Allah, your work is indeed the best, just that the video editing is simple, the results are satisfying, right. Keep going, good work, good luck………..
Great video! 👍
So I went vegan for health last February. I lost 60 pounds, felt amazing and veered away while traveling in Bulgaria for 6 months. When I came home I had gained a ton of weight back which I found out later was due to kidney failure. I still enjoy your products because now they are the best to avoid sodium. I also appreciate that your Stardust is low in potassium unlike other salt substitutes.
Cynthia, quinoa flat bread. A lot of recipes on YouTube.
To the person who is hungry after breakfast. Chef AJ says to eat vegetables for breakfast first then your starch. Vegetables calm the craving.
I would love some salt free pickles. Also I would think that you could make sourdough bread with rye flour (maybe)
Hi Reebs and Dillon. Another great Hangout. I have not cooked with salt for years, nor sprinkled it on my food. I've been getting lightheaded for some time, and my blood pressure has been low for years. At some point I had to get a pace maker because the ol' pump wasn't pumping strong enough. Things do wear out as you get older. Recently my cardiologist recommended adding a little salt to my food, and drinking more water. I can drink water, but the salt gave me pause. I did start to sprinkle a little salt here and there, and actually felt better in some ways. I'm used to that feeling that I'm not retaining water, so my eyes feel and look a little baggy, and my ankles are showing signs of slight edema. It's always a dilemma to try to maintain what the doctors feel is best, and our diet habits have taught us is best. Balancing the potassium and the sodium is of utmost importance. I haven't heard that talked about much on the whole foods programs. If a person is eating processed foods, it's true, they're probably getting too much sodium, but I may have taken it too far the other way. Dr. McDougall says that salt gets a bad rep. Might be. Still trying to figure it all out. Thanks for the program, and all the best to you, Reebs, as you go through this last trimester. The baby doubles in size as you get closer to delivery. You're heading into the growth spurt part of pregnancy. You'll never again say that you were small during your pregnancy. These kids get you even before they're born, and as teen agers…. hold on to your hats. Congratulations, and good luck.
I would buy that book! I’m eating Kitehill almond yogurt and its expensive!
See you all on the cooking show tomorrow!
