I started my Challenge 10 days ago with Chef AJ's group. You're right about starting sooner than later to make it so much easier come January. It keeps me more accountable and compliant with WFPB SOS free "extravagances" during the holidays Looking forward to Live Show on Saturday!.

Sorry I missed the live but picked up the replay Friday late morning. Been up since 3:45 A.M. outside watching the eclipse. Gorgeous, and there were a few meteors to add to the beauty! The couple who produce the channel Krocks in the KItchen just did a 30-day challenge and they used three different habits they wanted to cultivate. I love the idea of stickers on calendar pages – need to make sure I pick habits that are worthwhile for the long term, not just things that would look good in my planner. Be well & hope Reebs is feeling better.

When I first starting watching you Dillon, I totally thought you were Canadian but then you said, Arizona. Huh, weird. But now you said your parents emigrated from CANADA!! It all fits now. Love the channel you guys!

I LOVE the new blend of your Brown Gravy. I had my folks over for twice-baked potatoes the other day. I thoroughly sauted (that is, caramelized) 16 oz of sliced Cremini and two large sweet onions and combined it with the gravy to top the potatoes and they loved it (they don't eat like us). I made so much gravy that I still had 4 cups left over so I used it as a base for a chunky veggie stew. Bang-on awesomeness!
