    Hey Reebs! I love your show today. I wish they would’ve been on the live because I knew the John and Mary McDougall Set immediately. And it took people so long to figure it out. Like you I have probably seen that video 100 times and know it by heart. Love the McDougals. Keep up with your great shows. I love your humor. The two of you are a dynamic duo.

    Hey Guys!! Thanks for all the tips!! This is so important. I have been struggling with high cholesterol, and I went vegan, There, that will fix it.. but NO, my cholesterol actually ROSE by 30 points. Why??? because so many "vegan" grocery store items woooo you with faux cheeses, and meats that contain coconut and palm kernel oi. Palm kernel is replacing everything and is dangerous. So now I know I learn to make things with out oil, so I am grateful for you!! I have question for you.. Have you used your cheese sauce to make grilled cheese before?? I love nothing more on a cold winters day here in Michigan than grilled cheese and tomato or split pea soup. I miss grilled cheese more than anything. I would love it if this worked for that. I would buy a lifetime supply!!

    I’m almost 70 and my wife won’t go wfpb. I hate cooking and prepping. Any ideas for “no cook” cooking recipes using your sauces and spice blends would be great! I always seem to have to throw out fresh produce because it goes bad before I can use it up – so I mostly go with frozen veggies now.

    This is great! I love all your shows. Have you considered more news? Industry related content? I can find recipes all day long. I'm an RVer and everyone pimps product and stuff that is meh. But there is one family that posts news regarding the industry and its quick, insightful ( 5-10 minutes ) and I don't need to buy a new locking system. They do sell stuff but they mix it up. And I say this to you because Reebs really carries the show.

I asked about the Braggs because I watch all your stuff and I couldn't recall your actually using Braggs, just LS tamari, so I was curious if there was something I didn't know bad about it! This was such a fun episode, I guffawed when your faces were in Chef AJs and the Mcdougalls!

    This is what I do in my spare time:
    Opus 1 "Hurricane" Part 3, Odeida I recorded that yesterday. An ode to the raging fury of a Cat 5 hurricane. Might be a good terror piece for Halloween parties, or haunted houses. Imagine that blasting through 500W speakers with strobe lights going. You'd have to have the paramedics on call.🤣
