    😂 Your body adapts to Intermittent Fasting. I swear! BUT, you have fasted!!! Think about it, you fasted almost 16 hours before you recorded this!!!! Many people who do the time restricted eating version of IF do 16:8, so you did the first part of that anyway. 😂 I LOVE your haircut!!!

    Those pumpkin drinks at DD are half sugar & this is why people love them so much…Not good for us at all, A1C would definitely be on the rise! I find that my blendjet just does not mix well & always end up using my ninja blender which blends & crushes my ice so much better. Your smoothie blend look delicious! Have a great day!!

    I always love watching your videos, Dee! That’s one yummy looking shake, my friend! I could definitely zip that up in my Vitamix in about 30 seconds. Great idea!! Guess what I’m having for snack this week? LOL! PS – I don’t count fruit if I blend the amount I would generally eat. Now, if I added five bananas, it would make sense to count those because it would impact your macros greatly. But, IMO, one banana is fine.
