Wonderful video!! I have been doing a lot of baking, candy making too! I love it!! Happy your “boys” are home!
What a fun time of the year, but I am really missing my baby brother who passed in August. I’m trying to stay busy. Please pray for precious sister in law as this is going to be a tough holiday for her. Thank you Joan and Merry Christmas to you and yours!!🎄🎄

What a busy fun weekend you had. Hope Doug is feeling better. My husband is singing at midnight Mass again this year, so I will be Eucharist minister. I tell you, it is getting harder as we get older to do. After hosting Christmas Eve dinner and gifts with the kids I am ready to crash. But, I always love walking out of Church into the beautiful quiet of Christmas morning. As I get older I am finding it takes me so much longer to get things done!
So happy that you are enjoying the Advent tea calendar. You give so much of yourself to us that being able to bring you a little joy makes my heart happy.
Speaking of heart happy, Andrew surprising you = Priceless! ❤️🎄🎅

I love sitting with just the Christmas lights too. I also make sure all the kids and grandkids have same amount of gifts. Andrew and Jimmy have a lot in common with their fear of birds. And yes sometimes we do forget how fortunate we are in life~~~sandy

Loved this video! Well guess I love all of them….your Christmas decorations are beautiful and festive. I make the same fudge that you made. So simple and good…I make several flavors to give to our neighbors. One of our favorites is using white chocolate chips, then add Maple extract (I use Madeline) and chopped walnuts.

What a great video. I cracked up where you said we let the old people deliver closer…well we are old. But the younger old people. I knew exactly what you mean. 😂 May you and your family have a blessed and safe Christmas.

When Andrew surprised you, I started crying too. I was sitting in a public place waiting getting some work done on my car. I was trying not to cry but it was hard. Lol My son is a couple of years older than your sons so I'm always reminded of my son when he was in college. I loved it when you said you failed as a mom because he didn't use the tissue paper correctly.

So happy your boys are home. My son occasionally surprises us with a visit. He lives 900 miles away in Colorado. He will be home on Friday and can stay 10 days. Very blessed. Thank you for another great video. Love when the boys partake too.

I had a picky weekend too and the scale showed it this morning. 😕

Wow! You had a very productive weekend. Everything looks delicious. It’s hard to resist tasting the goodies when they are finished baking. I’m sure I will have a gain this week as I have made 3 kinds of candy, 2 kinds of cookies , 2 cakes and a batch of cheese wafers. The good news is that everything is in the freezer until my three children and their families arrive on Thursday. Enjoy your family and Merry Christmas.

Loved seeing your reaction to Andrew. Thought it was funny when you said "I hate you". LOL LOL By the way, your low light worked well on camera when you were showing the early AM with just the trees on. Great job!

I love my volunteer work! I was volunteering at our children's hospital until they stopped because of COVID. They are fixing to start it back up, and I can not wait! I also love my volunteer work at my church. I am on the Creative Team! I help with the film shoots! Some volunteer work is a blast!! LOL! I totally agree with Andrew! Triangles! Is there any other way???? Have a great week!
