I haven’t had the WW app since Covid closed the meetings so I use Healthi. With it if you chose the calorie count option for your plan you can set your secondary count as macros. That way I can track calories & macros all on the same page. I have been on my roller coaster ride. Up & down. I get so discouraged but just like you I’m not going to give up!
Air Fryer used once, hubby didn’t like it. Instant pot never used it. I’m like you, and loss was .2. Gonna make your soup. Looking for different ones. Love ya Sandy.
I am using an old tool of yours to encourage and motivate me as I accomplish things during the week! I use stickers to mark any loss, my activity goals, my water, ect!!! I loved it when you used to put a sticker in your journal! I track on paper , then fill in my points on my phone.! I LOVE my stickers!!! I plan to try all the soups from the Collab Groups!!! That is a loss better than a gain I'm tracking both as well I've got to get back at loosing weight not doing the yoyo game Will get there one day at a time

If you use healthi you can now track bites( old blue plan) calories and macros all at the same time with the pro plan. It was $29 for the entire year.

I use my fitness pal and with watch watchers not tracking which is doing me no good..funny how fast the pounds come on but sooo hard to get them off

I track in Healthi and WW because I believe the calories are too low with just WW. I bounce back and forth with a few lbs but am still under goal.
