    I haven’t had the WW app since Covid closed the meetings so I use Healthi. With it if you chose the calorie count option for your plan you can set your secondary count as macros. That way I can track calories & macros all on the same page.
    I have been on my roller coaster ride. Up & down. I get so discouraged but just like you I’m not going to give up!

    I am using an old tool of yours to encourage and motivate me as I accomplish things during the week! I use stickers to mark any loss, my activity goals, my water, ect!!! I loved it when you used to put a sticker in your journal! I track on paper , then fill in my points on my phone.! I LOVE my stickers!!!
    I plan to try all the soups from the Collab Groups!!!
