Hi These look AWESOME! I have been on and off WW for 16 yrs now. I actually joined 2 days before Thanksgiving. I figured if I could make it through the holidays I could make it through almost anything. I lost 5 pounds that week. Anyway, where did you get that scale? I really like it and am in the market for a new one. Have you ever tried these in an air fryer? I bet with some parchment paper(amazon sells some with holes for about 8 dollars), you could cut the time down in half. I make the 2 ingredient dough A LOT. I have only tried it with little pizzas so far.

I will be trying these next week for sure 🙂 They look great and something my whole family would love!! You could also put the filling in a ramekin and top with the dough and then bake, that would be good as well 🙂

That looked extremely yummy. I would even just put a spoonful of that chicken and gravy on top of one of those biscuits you made cut in half. I would think that would be easy and satisfying.

I weigh my dough and portion the exact same way you do and I laugh at myself sometimes when I'm pinching off tiny pieces just to get the perfect weight, haha. I seriously cannot wait to make this. I made my meal plan last week before you posted yours and we both had the chicken and gravy, but I'm switching mine up to a double batch so I can make these, too.

So far I've made your apple empanada and used the same idea to make blueberry. Have to watch myself, as I love this idea. Maybe next week! Thanks. You are a great baker!
