What was temp and time
This manicotti was delicious. I made the noodles as well. I questioned the the word crepe in describing them, but even though they look like a crepe, they are 100% pasta. Putting the cheese mixture on them and rolling them up was super easy. I used my home made marinara, mozzarella and ricotta. The rest I purchased. Would love a bottle of Joe’s oil, but think that’s a bit of a stretch for someone in Manitoba Canada. I’ll be checking out more of Joe’s video’s.

In italian those are "cannelloni". What's "manicotti"? I don't know any Italian dialect where cannelloni are named manicotti. 🙄🙄🙄
