Since I live in the middle of the U.S and lamb is hard to find and/or expensive (at least for me) I settle with a good old fashioned Cottage Pie using ground beef. I also throw in some peas and corn along with onion and green beans. It's the midwestern "Shepards Pie" lol.

Very surprised to see Gordon go from handling the raw mince, to touching the potato board without washing… Kind of bush league cross contamination on his part there.
