I've made taco potatoes by just doing taco meat and putting it along with sour cream and cheese and taco sauce on the baked potato.
The pad Thai looks delicious! I would add scrambled eggs at the end and top with cilantro, crushed peanuts, and a squeeze of lime š¤¤

Have yāall ever tried Puerto Rican rice with pigeon peas? Arroz con gandules. With roast pork. Itās the best!!!
I think some chopped peanuts and chopped cilantro on top the Pad Thai would have been awesome. Everything looked DELICIOUS!!!
Iām being 100% honest, I would rarely eat anything you make, BECAUSE, I am such a basic, bland eater! I watch every single video though! I think onion is ātoo spicy.ā š love you and your videos!
Thanks for the heads up on the cheese grater going on clearance. I ordered one. All that was left was a bright green one, im still excited and can't wait to use it. Side note, I will be trying all of these recipes. My goodness, they all look amazing!

I make the sausage and peppers with a large can of Cento San Marzano whole peeled tomatoes. It has a bit of a sauce in the can too. Then we serve the sausage and peppers over rice on our plates. The sausage and peppers with the rice seem to make a great flavor match. I was drooling watching you make the sausage and peppers! Itās one of my favorites.

Nothing beats a good sausage and pepper dinner! We make it with extra sauce and put over pasta or on Italian bread, yum!
Great recipes. Last one was nice using the copy cat items from the other day. Since, Stephen loved the rice so much, I will make it. I havenāt made it in years. I am inspired.
