Thx, I soaked the rice for 10 mins, added to the pot with the veg broth and skipped the sauté stuff, as 1. I cant use oil or butter as I have plaque in my arteries and 2. Im using with stir fry that has the onion and garlic. Waiting to see how it turns out. Ill add to my comment later.
Turned out great! Thx so much Chef Bob😁 If you have any more Instant Pot recipes that would be great. Im new at this.😊

Thanks for the video, Robert! I wanted to make a wild rice and beans mix, can I cook dried pinto beans with the wild rice at the same time in my pressure cooker, or should I cook them separately and mix later? If so, how much water would you recommend using?

I made this yesterday, used a shallot instead of an onion, it came out great. My son who only likes plain white rice ate 2 helpings yesterday and finished the rest off today at lunch. I will be making this again very soon. Thanks for a great video!

Nice recipe.. I used or the other day but only used olive oil saltated the rice blend and added some cumin, black pepper and salt and it was amazing. Even if you overcooked little, the wild rice will still keep chewy and nice.
