No surprise I’m a rebel! But with this yearlong diagnosis with type 2, I miraculously made drastic changes in my diet and lifestyle, and it was easy. I can’t explain it. Never deviated. never done it before🤯🤯and it’s been fine. I can’t , just can’t cheat. I guess because I got so sick from diabetes. No sugar. No fast food. No trans fat. It works for me and I’ve totally reversed all my health issues. We are very different, but I admire you above everyone, even if our path is different. Keep it up, my pup Zsa Zsa and I sent you super love 💗 I

I quit drinking soda over three years ago after hearing Rachel Hollis talk about doing the same. She said pick one thing and try to stick with it for 30 days. If you fail, start counting from day 1 again. I had a soda on Day 9 and was so upset I needed to do that week over that after I passed day 9 for the second time I never had a soda again.

Thanks for sharing the Monte Cristo recipe. I made the recipe you shared but split it into two 9x9s pans so I could do 2 flavors. (I don't like ham) So I made a Monte Cristo one for my dad and a cinnamon french toast one for me. Maybe if you were to do that Monte Cristo/French Toast meal prep again it would be bake once…eat all week! 😃 Happy Thanksgiving 🦃

I thought I wouldn’t be able to get my first box of 7.5 due to back order so .ive been off a week but my pharmacist called this morning and I got it🎉🎉🎉 he said I’m good for 3 months…my doctor said it was fine to take but if it had been day 10 I would have needed to start over whewwww talking about a close call.

Two ideas to offer you: 1. make your routine easier; find short cuts, faster ways to do things, multi tasking; avoid unecessary steps and tasks; Do you really need to do a full on recipe for breakfast, lunch and dinner? I mean, do you guys ever just have hamburgers or spaghetti? LOL And number 2 – for exercise – you have found an eating plan that you enjoy and that it is sustainable because you enjoy it; I think it is imperative that you find some sort of movement that you enjoy and is sustainable. I know you dont love walking the dog, but you DO it and dont complain about it as much and you are accountable to Helios lol; When you get stronger you can walk a bit further, then walk faster, then start moving your arms more – maybe marching and eventually you could even add weights to your ankles and arms. I mean do you plan to be a person who goes to the gym or works out every day for the rest of your life or is a jogger? If so, keep on keepin on. But if not, and if you hate it so much, why not just keep walking the dog? You ARE using your core when you walk. 🥰

Wow Mindy, this was such a good video. I know it was mostly about motivation and sticking to good routines, but when you said the words "get to know yourself and learn why you do /don't do the things you do" nearly brought tears to my eyes. I think that is why I feel this time is so different. The medicine has quietened the "food noise" in my head enough that I am taking the time to go inside myself and work on that part of me also. Personally, your videos have hep me so much. Hope you guys have a wonderful Thanksgiving!
