    Stress eating was always a reason to help me get through the rough times in my life. I would always tell myself I was an emotional eater and food would help me smooth out the rough edges of life and I would feel better. I need to incorporate your tip #4 and tell myself, "I don't eat that way (food) anymore". Thanks Alice.
