I live in USA, I make my curd by boiling the milk on stove and the trick is after adding the curd starter to the lukewarm milk keep the milk pot inside oven without turning on the oven! Tips: don’t disturb the milk pot for at least 8 hours for formation of thick curd and the milk should be warm enough before adding the curd starter❤❤❤
