You eat plant based because you wants to ruin your health.
Eating a plant based diet will deprive your body of the essential nutrients it needs to survive.
Sadly to many people don't understand that.
Just look at the rapidly increasing number of seek people in the world which has exploded since people started eating less meat and more plant based.

Check out Joe Tippens cancer story. My husband is on his protocol and it seems to be working. We only have results for two pet scans but my husband had not had any chemo and the cancer had not grown anymore.after he started taking the medicine.

Grits …..not the best choice to weight loss…..they are yummy but full of carbs……so impressed with your diets tho, and color is good! What do you out over the salads? Re…..dressing ? Just curious cause I am always going for the WHITE DRESSINGS which isn’t so good…..❤

Hey Jessica you look so much more relaxed in this video and you skin looks so radiant. Brian, love that you research things so throughly and are getting back on track with how your eating and where it’s from. You cook so well, so obviously you’re gonna want to eat it. I love how you riff off each other in conversation and are so supportive of each other too. Take care guys. ❤ Btw I know you’ll probably have already checked out the relationship between body acidity and cancer occurring proteins but if not this may want to. Alkaline foods and high micro biome foods for gut health were shown in tests highlighted by The Christie (which is the largest cancer centre in Europe based in the UK that treats 60 thousand patients a year) to be the most beneficial foods to eat. They also recommended making drinks such as plant based smoothies using Alkaline deionised water too.

Thank you guys. I’m very interested in what you have to say. I’m new to this channel and just got husband starting cancer treatment in a week. My son has just been diagnosed with type one so because I’m a serious gardener this pricks my thoughts a lot.

I'm thrilled to hear you are focusing more on certified organic foods. Because we know now how much of the pesticides, herbicides, hormones and other amendments for growth stimulation are used in commercial plots. Even products that are absorbed through our skin that have weird chemicals should be avoided. Organic products for everything should be the goal. You both look great! I wish I had a built-in chef! But if I did, I would eat myself to death, so maybe it's good that I don't. Thank you both for the update on your diets.

It's scary and shocking and sad that human animals are killing themselves by eating plants. Whole foods, meaning your poor body is left to process all of that fiber and anti-nutrients that it cannot process. Transitioning from SAD to anything will result in better health. You need animal protein and animal fat. Lots of it. Carbs and sugar feed cancer. I can't even listen to this, it's so wrong, and it's not even their fault, it's so much insidious misinformation. Critical thought processing and experience let's you know plant based is not good for the environment or for humans or their pets! Look around, everyone and their dog is getting cancer on their whole foods plant based diets.

Just so you know I had cancer twice, I totally know what you are experiencing and giving it to God let me deal with it and then lose 158lbs from 340 lbs that contributed to the Cancer. So I'm talking that I do what I have seen others do to have victory over addiction, removed root and branch.

So sorry to hear your news about having cancer, it must have been a terrible shock. I always thought a plant based diet was a good preventative measure against cancer but it looks like not even a great diet can stop it :O( Anyway I wish you a speedy recovery and hope you feel much better soon.

check into taking bitter apricot kernels & soursop aka graviola tea. I've heard of people doing this while undergoing chemo. I take 6 kernels a day as a preventative measure any more than that I feel the effects of too much cyanide. Cyanide is safe in low doses. Which if you're accidently swallowing fruit seeds you're already eating it.

What are your thoughts on the connection between acrylamide and cancer? Does your research indicate the method of whole plant foods is important to support Jessica's cancer recovery?

I hope you guys read this. Try intermittent fasting while eating plant based. I promise it will change everything for you. I eat in 4 hr window each day 20 hr fasted. It sounds terrible believe me I am the last person who would have thought this would work. But it is freedom like you wouldn't believe, a freedom that only those of us that have struggled with our weight can understand. Read Gin Stephens and Jason Fung books. I love eating plant based too but always struggled to stay on it, intermittent fasting is legit the key to thriving while plant based. Wish you both all the best.
