This is the second video I’ve seen if your channel since coming across it last night and I really like the format of your videos between listing the ingredients as you prep them, putting it all together, and giving a backstory for that recipe and why you enjoy it

Two small bits of info if you are watching the budget …. Buy a block of solid coconut ….. Coconut milk is made up from around 10% solid and 90% water …. You can reconstitute a small portion of the block by adding water. It lasts for weeks in a block. You can also make it as creamy as you want. It is a fraction of the cost. And blitz up your own chick pea flour …. It is very easy to do and is around a tenth of the cost of bought versions. 😉

Love this! Made it for dinner with my daughters. We just started eating plant based 4 weeks, and I'm so thankful we found this channel. Very relatable and easy to follow. You make cooking vegan easy and approachable. PLUS, so far, every recipe we've tried *chef kiss**👍🏾 This video is definitely getting a share.

I love watching these videos while I cook. Not that we’re cooking the same thing, I just love the atheistic of the videos with the cultured sound and the man-child jokes!

Become a vegan it’s kind of tough because I don’t know how to cook pairing food together is like a science the way you do it I think I can follow your lead I like the pasta you made with asparagus I’m a try it out with the mushrooms I want to say I’m a little different lol see you at the mushrooms first I like them when they’re a little bit more favorable

I'm a meat eater and am super skeptical of the claim that meat is totally unnecessary for one's nutrition across one's entire lifespan and that one should adhere to a 100% strict vegan diet forever without exception and eat no animals, but I do agree that generally speaking eating more greens and fruits is good. Anyway your food looks tasty and healthy AF so who cares whether its vegan or not.

Can anyone tell me what the point of the vodka is and can you make it without vodka?
And secondly if you're just going to blend the tomatoes can you just used passata sauce instead?
I don't want to go out and buy special ingredients I don't already have. Are those particular tinned tomatoes special for some reason?(they're not available in Australia)
Can you use cashew cream instead of coconut milk?
