I was following instapot beef stew, I think it’s because I didn’t deglaze well and it was what you said I had stuck stuff on the bottom. Thank you for your valuable information. Was my first on deglazing. 🙁😊👍🏻❣️❣️ oh it’s another recipe not yours ❣️😊

After getting the burn warning over and over on my first use of my ultra, yours is the only video that has calmed me down. I was ready to throw this thing out the window. I did deglaze My Pan but clearly not well enough. And then I used cream of mushroom soup at the bottom with my roast and there was 12 oz of it but you explain why that was a no-go. I also had 12 oz of the same suit above the vegetables. And that should say soup I'm sorry I'm trying to cook right now so this is a voice typing message. So I did what you said and I opened it up and poured some beef broth in. I also moved my meat from the bottom to the top. I still got another burn warning but it did come up to pressure and seems to be cooking all right. I really appreciate your presenting style and directness.

I tried a instant pot pasta. Added 1/2 box of penne pasta, 1 jar of pasta sauce, 1/2 jar water, after a while said burn. Opened it up after releasing steam and added an additional cup of water set it to 4 minutes. I can hear it boiling inside the pot, and the pressure valve is up and no steam is escaping the pot anywhere, yet after a couple minutes(and standing next to it and hearing it boil inside) again it says burn.

I'm thinking that one pot pasta is really not for the instant pot unless you want really soupy pasta by having to add an extreme amount of water to the mix.

Super! "In case all else fails, follow the instructions." I also found a video in which chopped green onion tops were sauteed in oil for a half hour to season a stainless steel pan. Works great and translates to doing it for the IP inner pot. No spots of fond to create a burn.
