    THANK YOU for your honest review. – I am doing Whole30 now (on day 29) and I feel okay lol – I miss food. I like that it forced me to learn new, healthier recipes – but I didn't really feel GREAT, I felt neutral & sometimes worse.

    Have you reintroduced sugar yet? I noticed this is your last Whole30 vlog and I’m really curious about your experience with sugar. That’s the main reason I want to try Whole30 because I eat soo much sugar and I know it’s a problem. I’d also love to see a year-later update if you’re still doing Whole30 or not and how it’s going for you.

    I feel the similarly about all the meat in whole30! Ironically, for me, all the meat is giving me inflammation. I'm on day 27 rn. Thx for the vid! It's super helpful as I almost enter reintroduction.

    Be wary of the dairy. It might be the case that one or two servings don't cause issues, but after that you might get some issues. I had that happen as well. And then I went vegan and after a couple of weeks almost any dairy caused issues. Most people actually have a slight sensitivity to full blown intolerance to dairy, it's just. the natural state of our genetics.

    I also sounds like whole 30 messed with your digestion at least a bit. I had issues with meat in larger quantities, especially red meats. But it also could be because through part of it you weren't eating a lot of fiber (changed over time though).

    Hope you find you triggers.

    Btw, I tend to not have issues directly after I eat rice or corn kernels, but I get issues when it's in the gut, rice constipates me, and the corn doesn't get digested at all, so watch your stool during reintroduction.

    Sorry whole30 didn’t have the results you were hoping for. If it makes you feel any better the vlogs were so interesting to watch! I’m kinda sad it’s almost over but you also need a break from it all so fingers crossed the reintroduction phase works out! Thank you for putting your time into making these videos❤️
