    I missed a lot of videos over the holidays, but I'm guessing that you are no longer following Weight Watchers since you didn't give points for anything. Ok you just said you will give points but you didn't. I'm trying to eat gluten free and follow WW. This is new to me and I'm struggling,

    I just love your meal prep videos. You are so helpful and I love your editing with the pictures of the food cooking etc. I have been following you for a long while and you keep getting better and better!     I’m on day 6 of my Whole 30 Journey and did some major meal prep today too. I’m so happy to follow along with you and I love the ideas and recipes you shared today! I’ll be incorporating those meatballs – YUM! For dinner tonight I made “Melissa’s chicken hash” ( page 228 of the Whole 30 Book) and it was so dang delicious! You’ve got this! You’ll do great and feel great!
