I found a giant Chicken of the Woods mushroom last month (3 weeks). I ate some fresh, dried some in dehydrator in thin slices, and dried the part that was a bit too woody or chewy but still good for flavor, I dried that too and powdered it like you did here, the flavor is out of this world
Would you be willing to measure the amount of ground mushrooms that you wind up with? Before you add the other ingredients? I just bought the mushroom powder on amazon, hoping it'll cost a little less long term, but I don't know how much powder to use per recipe.

can we grind it after adding the flakes, pepper and etc to make it more powdery instead of big bits?
