    I love eating simply and have no craving for maple syrup, oil, or sauces of any kind. I am even simplifying herbs both fresh and dried, they're good for you but I really prefer simple dishes now after being WFPB for 2 and a half years – best decision of my life!

    I think you just left out one tiny bit of info in the video, which is of course in your printable recipe available at the link you provided, and that is the cooking temperature. 375F right?
    Looks great along with the veggie side.
