    Bragg's Aminos doesn't list salt in the contents but they use hydrochloric acid to break the soy into aminos and then use baking soda to neutralize the acid once it's done. Those combine to produce sodium chloride, the same as table salt. Neither of those have to be listed as ingredients because they are considered food processing ingredients.
