    I'M GOING TO BE MAKING THIS soon but I'm new to my insta-pot..I thought it cooked faster than in the oven so i'm not understanding why it takes 90 min!! but like I said Its new to me so it will probably make more sense after I start using it. Thanks!! It looks delicious! I love very tender chicken.

    I need a pot like that. I like the wide mouth jars also but have no room in the freezer. I will use my All American Canner for mine. Right now I have 5 gallons of cleaned, chopped okra for the freezer for the winter gumbo. If a hurricane head this way, i will end up canning it.
