I had your video come on while doing some stuff in the kitchen. I kept overhearing things about the whole 30 diet and inflammation. Just wanted to let you, and others know if your having any stomach issues this diet may not help. No doubt eating like this will make you feel better, but meat causes inflammation when digesting it due to all the dead bacteria in it. They are not “cooked out”. Just something to consider when looking at your symptoms and what your eating.

We are making our first whole roast chicken tomorrow, after Church. My first step was looking up your recipe on youtube. 🙂
Have you considered stuffing the cavity with some onion and garlic? I saw that in another recipe (my hubby found it) and thought it looked yummy

I made the chicken last night and it's a winner! I followed your suggestion from another comment you made and cut up my chicken into pieces and added four more chicken thighs I had on hand. I left out the sage and added onion powder and doubled all the spices. Cooked it the same amount of time ( I let the pressure come down naturally for 10 minutes) and it was delicious! I have enough for today's dinner and I'll freeze the rest. I shredded the chicken and served it on a bed of spinach and romaine lettuce with a balsamic vinaigrette dressing and sprinkled with a little Pecorino Romano cheese. Thanks for a great recipe!!
