Beautiful story Colonel, the ache of being a parent, knowing you are doing the right thing for your child even though it is terribly hard. I think every parent faces this at some time. God sends us challenges, hopefully we rise to them. He knows best, and has our best in mind, even though we don't always see it. You are such a blessing Colonel, may God guide you through all of your new work conditions. Take care,xo😊❀ xo.

This was a crucial message. I lost my sister and my husband starting this year. My heart is broken, and I needed this reminder that God works everything for our good.
I am fortunate to have seen them accept Jesus over the years. It's not goodbye. It is until. Thank you, Stephen.
God bless and keep all that you love in His constant care in Christ Jesus Name AMEN Psalm 91

No training wheels? I did training wheels. My son yanked those things off immediately and bam! He was gone. ;D Daughter kept them on. Funny, she is the careful planner now and brilliant. Son is very quick to make decisions most of the time. It has worked out well for both of them. πŸ™

God's Word carries many meanings. When I read the verses before your message my thoughts turned to the times I fought God's will. Sometimes I didn't only fight, I was completely oblivious. How He brings us along, correcting, teaching wisdom; I hope I have enough days to reach the goal He has set for me. Thank you, Col Steve. You inspire me with God's word, and instill confidence to live in His grace. God Bless You and your family, praying for safe travels, and His protection, grace and mercy to be upon You all, wherever you are. Amen.πŸ’ŸπŸ™πŸ‘‘βœ

Steve, we were in Germany when our baby was about 18 months old. We lived in an old mill. The house had a good bit of meadow and forest around it. One day I had my kids out walking and the baby fell into a stinging nettle. I had no idea what it was then. That was my first introduction to them. It was so horrible! Poor baby. But,, of course he survived. I have to think, "Benjamin? The one who pilots aircraft now?" And, one of the main things, I think, is helping them to learn that we don't quit when we start something. We need to reach the goal. Thanks, Steve!
