    It is awful how sugar and salt are both added in to so many things. I have to watch my sodium and I literally have to read most every label. I guess it's a good habit anyway, but it really brings awareness when you are paying attention to just how much they add to our food. It's insane. Everything looked yummy! I've made homemade sauce for lasagna, but haven't done it for spaghetti. I need to do that.

    Hey Andrea! Here watching! I love the whole 30 way of eating. You are right! Sugar is in everything! I love those zoodles. I ended up getting an attachment for my kitchen aid to make them quick lol. I will try your taco seasoning recipe instead of buying that packet. Great meals! Thanks for sharing!😍

    I’ve been hearing about Whole 30 for some time now but I don’t know if I could do it. 😆 The pasta sauce sounds good. I’ve never tried to make my own spaghetti sauce before but the ingredients sound do-able.
