I came to you tube today to find real meals for real families. I am making my meal plan for the year and I wanted some fresh ideas. However, most channels have extravagant things that will take way too long. I found your channel and it was perfect. I appreciate you showing all of your meal ideas, especially the simple ones. I work full-time and go to school full-time. My husband has to make dinner most nights. You sharing a simple meal like sloppy joes, although easy, sparks ideas about meals I may have forgotten about. Keep it up! Thank you❤️

I started watching your videos because you have always been real. It is a channel I can take the recipes and serve my family. Never let the busy bodies get to you. Some people are only happy if they are making other people miserable. Keep doing you and you will have the loyal followers.

And I thought I couldn't love you anymore and here you go! Girl that was the realest thing ever! I'm a mother of 3 and I love your videos. Especially the simple ones because most of the time that's what's we're all doing! Your channel will always be one of my favorites! ❤️❤️

I do boneless pork ribs in the crockpot to allow them to cook low and slow all day–just seasoning them with salt and pepper. Then I take the ribs out, put them on a rack over a baking sheet, put the BBQ sauce on like you have it in your video, and pop it under the broiler for just a few minutes. They get nice and sticky while still being tender. Hope that helps!

I wanted to pop in and say thank you! I WANT to see the "simple" nights. Sometimes, I get caught up in "Pinterest worthy" dinners (or trying to) (and I'M NOT A YOUTUBER!). I forget about the simple things to cook. Showing the "simple nights" reminds me of those things and girl…. I put Manwich on my shopping list this week, so thank you!

Kristen, I make my pork ribs in the crockpot with onion soup mix and a little water. Fall of the bone, yummy. I know you don't like onion so maybe another kind of seasoning packet would work. Also, sharing those quick and easy recipes sometimes remind us of what we can make because I know I get in a rut and sometime forget the simple stuff. Just show us the easy stuff too. There is nothing wrong with that!

Thanks for showing the sloppy joe recipe. Only time I’ve had it was school. I have my can manwhich ready to use! Now I’m inspired to go for it. But also is it traditionally eaten with cheese?

Kristin, we adore you just the way your are. As a working woman with a Son out of the house, but a 90 year old Dad now in the house, I appreciate your meals and planning so much. The simple meals are JUST as important to me as the fancier meals, because I don't always have time to prep, so Thank you for sharing your family with us all.
