Potatoes and carrots seem to take forever to cook! I've never tried a sheet pan dinner because I'm afraid of the items requiring different cooking times (as you discovered) or that the items will dry out. I do enjoy watching and listening to you whatever you show us, though. 🙂

Stacy, I love to use those yellow potatoes for sheet pan dinners, but I always put them in about 20 min or so ahead of everything else to get them done. Then I pull the pan out and add the other ingredients to the pan and put it all back in. As little as they are, they do need about 40 mins or a bit longer to be done. So good!!! Everything looks good this week!! Hoping Tim's Dad has a fast and successful recovery! ♡

I asked my question before I finished the video, silly me, you answered it.
All these meals look amazing and have given me some great ideas to try! It's been a little bit since you posted this video – I hope Tim's dad is still doing well and recovering!

The eggs rolls look amazing! I've been wanting to try my own, I did not know about using an egg wash to help seal! I am going to try now! I was curious, do you cook and then freeze the leftover rolls or leave uncooked (un-airfried I guess)? And if pre-cooked, do you reheat after thawing in the airfryer? (I purchased an air fryer a few months ago and am LOVING IT. Always looking for things to make in it!)

Again thanks for sharing, I love your videos. 🙂

I just found your channel with this video. I love your cooking style and I think I'll get lots of ideas from you. I'm looking forward to watching more. PS- you set an air fryer timer for four minutes on my Alexa! LOL I thought that was hilarious! She listens to you better than she listens to me! Haha

I'm so glad your FIL is home. Prayers for a quick recovery!

The egg rolls look amazing! I want to try them at home now. That Greek sheet pan looked super delicious. I was going to suggest to boil the potatoes before putting them in a sheet pan with other ingredients that cook faster, but then you mentioned your husband doesn’t like sheet pan meals lol I still hope that can help. Praying for your husband’s uncle to recover really soon🙏🏻

Sorry to hear about Tim’s dad. I’m glad he is on the road to recovery. I unfortunately lost my mom back in February to 2 massive strokes at the age of 65. It has been an extremely difficult time for my family.

God Bless ya'll and Tim's Dad. I pray improved health and a return to complete function for him. My sweet Mama had 2 Strokes in the last 10 days and several small ones. She goes into surgery in the morning for unblockage of her 90%clogged Carotid Artery.
