Everything looked really good! I made a similar sausage and potato meal recently except I think did it in the oven. I love a good sheet pan or one pot/pan meal!

Love one pot meal ideas! Everything looked good!
Love the cast iron skillets! Great to cook meats in. Chicken, hamburgers, pork chops and steaks. Gets a great crust on it. Plus you get a little boost of iron in you body when you cook with it. Love your dinners this week. Thanks
Meat is great cooked in cast iron. It gives a nice crust to burgers , steaks, pork chops. They are great for baking cornbread in. I never make cornbread any other way. It's great for cooking sausage, bacon, breakfast in cast iron. Once you start using it you will love it. Just do not soak it in dish water. Wash it quickly, dry it out then I heat it a couple minutes on the stove to make sure it does not rust in case some moisture was left in the pan. I use my cast iron skillets and dutch ovens daily. Both are great vessels for cooking in. I love to roast a chicken , make a pot roast or beef stew in a low slow oven. So tender and flavorful. I like to cook several hours in the oven at 325 degrees so the house stays warm and toasty in the winter.
Fajitas mix looks good could eat it now 😁👍
Hey hey girl 😄 you on the big screen!!
