Thank you Stacy. We don’t have Kroger. I wish we did because I always seem to hear about all the good things Kroger has. I will check Walmart. I haven’t been in there since the beginning of the pandemic. But now that I am fully vaccinated, I can go in there again (with mask and distancing)! Hope you have a great week! Thanks for your advice. 😊

I love capers too! I have a recipe that uses them and smoked salmon but I can’t put my hands on it right now. I know it’s from an old Taste of Home magazine. I will keep looking.😀

Hi Stacy! It was a yummy meal week for you both! Lots of mince in lots of recipes! I always put the garlic and onion in first so it caramelises. Also in mince recipes I always add beef or chicken stock to any mince recipe. The chicken with capers looked delicious! How can Tim not like tomato? Happy day from Sally and the fur crew!❤😊

A fun alternative to your roasted asparagas is to take 3 or 4 spears and wrap a slice of prociutto around the bundle and then roast them.

Hi Stacey and Tim. Love your channel. Not sure if you’re a fan of tuna fish but I make a tuna salad with albacore tuna in olive oil leaving the oils, chopped tomatoes, capers and lemon juice. I sometimes eat it as a sandwich or over some lettuce. Capers and flounder or any white fish. Season the fish to your liking, put some olive oil in a skillet and cook the fish turning until done. Take the fish out of the skillet and add in some chopped garlic and sauté about a minute then throw in a can of fire roasted tomatoes and as many capers as you like. Simmer for 15 minutes. Add the
Fish back into the pan and heat through. Serve the fish over white rice topped by the pan sauce. Enjoy!
