I have everything to make that zucchini casserole and it looks great! I always love how adventurous you are with your air fryer. I need to adopt that attitude!😀 I hope you all are doing well.

Hi Stacy! Yummy food this week!!! I never imagined you were a picky eater! Lol I knew you didn’t like tomatoes but that’s it! I’m the only one that likes tomatoes in my family. 😊 I actually made a version of your hot dog chili tonight! I always go to your website and look at your recipes. We are going to actually have the chili for dinner tomorrow since our plans change for tonight so dinner is done already! Whoohoo!
Oh gosh, you’re asking the last time we had a treat like a banana split? Is daily too much? 😂 Just kidding……we don’t have treats daily but I do find way too many excuses to celebrate with some sort of dessert. And I pay for it every time I look in the mirror or see myself on camera. Ugh! I need to do more like you and have fruit and yogurt with dinner! I’m sure that would help my sweet tooth 😊 Your bloopers are the end were great! Sounded like Tim rescued you lol Thanks for sharing and I hope you are having a great start to your week! 💕

Trader Joe's Orange Chicken is one of my favorites. Yum!
Chips are my downfall too. 😂😁
My husband wanted a banana split for his birthday last August so that was the last time we had one here at home. 😊
    Have a blessed day.

Our restaurants have not opened. The pandemic is raging in Arizona again so masks are mandatory in public (most follow the rule hubby says) and we have take out only. I wouldn't have purchased the ground turkey just by seeing the consistency through the package 🤔. I do take the stems off raw spinach for about half of it then I get tired of doing it and stop 😉. Neither of us like bananas and hubby shouldn't eat ice cream (cholesterol). He did purchase me a container of Blue Bunny (no sugar added) bunny tracks last week. It should last the summer for me. Spent part of the day Sunday reorganizing my decent sized walk in pantry for extra food storage as it looks like this crazy virus and panic buyers will keep going. Bruce said a lady had 3 liquid soap refill bottles in her cart at Wal Mart (a week or so ago) but there was at least one left for him. Just finished a large grocery list of stocking up food items now that I have found more room in the pantry. Why on earth I keep some things in there (or old stuff) is beyond me 🙄. Have a wonderful week.

Hey Stacy! I love redoing meals from leftovers! How do you like your beef grinder? I am thinking of getting one. We love a good casserole, but I am with you, not a fan of the oven during the summer. We are not a fan of cooked bell pepper either! Wow, Tim, That omelet looks awesome!! Hoping we have football too! Everything looks delish!

My favourite things in fried rice are peas, capsicum, corn and mushrooms! I must try to make orange chicken. It isn't a thing here. We have lemon chicken. All your meals looked delicious Stacy. Happy day from Sally and the fur crew! 😊💖

Awww, I loved seeing the Bell cookbook. Mama worked there ,She worked as a 411 operator in Tupelo, then it closed and she transferred to Jackson. Her cookbook is falling apart , we have both loved that cookbook and the next one that came out after that one was dark brown. Of course I LOVE frito chili pie from Sonic!!
I have to eat the Spinach stems, its good fiber. I just chop them up and I never know they are even there. OMG ,all your meals look so so good!!!

Yes I also try to “de-vein” fresh spinach. Thanks for reminding me that I MUST do a spinach salad with candied pecans, strawberries $ blue cheese this week ! Tim cracked me up with his “dancing Hoover” 🕺🏼

Loved seeing the Bell cookbook. My Dad worked for Bell South starting in Orland Fla in the 70’s, then transferred to Ky where we still live. He worked for them even after it changed to AT&T here.
Just realized you said in your last video you guys never had children. You sure love other’s kids and are good Godly examples to others❤️

Oh man when toy cut into that grilled chicken my jaw hit the floor, that looked so juicy and good. That strawberry spinach salad looked like heaven! I love those kinds of salads. There is this great place here in utah called zupas cafe and they have the tastiest salads and sandwiches and soups. I often borrow recipe ideas from restaurants to recreate at home. You should check out their menu and see if you line any of their ideas. Their strawberry salad is slightly different than yours but its one of my favorites. We have a whole mess of fires out here in utah. Was a dry spring. We have Asian restaurants open but no buffets, we usually grab take out from one once a month. Friday's is our out to dinner night, I cook everything else at home. I also like the baked zucchini casserole, looks summery. If I try it, I may do it I my sun oven do it doesn't heat the house.

Hi Stacy! Another week of delicious meals! The grilled chicken with the Hoover sauce looked soooo good! And the fried chicken meal looked great as well!! I loved seeing how you used your leftovers. I usually don’t like leftovers but I think it’s because I never know how to use them differently!! Lol! So I appreciate the idea! Thanks so much for sharing! Have a wonderful week! 🤗♥️
