All looked delicious especially the chicken & dumplings. My mom use to use bisquick. My roommate has no idea how to make them. Not sure what he does but not good. Thanks for the recipes. ❤

Thank you for some great Instant Pot dinners!! They look really good but I am still afraid of my Instant Pot, I have had it for over a year and used it three times.

Everything looks so good! I think i'm going to have to add the french dips to my meal plan this week. I'm burnt out on the Mississippi pot roast, and that looks like a good alternative! And honestly, you can never go wrong with chicken and dumplings lol. Thanks for sharing!

Your meals always look tasty. I haven’t cooked meals in the instant pot yet. I will definitely try at least one of these recipes. When I add cold butter I freeze it for about an hour and use the grater. It works great and saves time😀

I have the same Instant Pot and love it! I’ve learned that scraping the bottom IS where all your flavor comes from. And take those tougher cuts of meat and thrown them in there and You’ll have the tenderest meat ever. Look for tomato paste in a squeeze tube. No more waste like the can. Found mine at Kroger.

Put your extra tomato paste in a sandwich bag and freeze it. Then the next time that you need some just pull it out. Just make sure you Mark it tomato paste. I freeze leftover chipolte and Adobe in the same way and once I thought it was tomato paste and it was chipolte. Luckily it worked out fine. I rarely use a full can of either. I try to buy tomato paste only in a tube unless I am making a huge pot of marinara and know I will use they entire can
