Ok what part of heaven did you fall from! You took the Mexican beef skillet and created stuffed baked potatoes AND quesadillas! Two of my favs, I will eat pretty much anything in a baked potatoes🥰 I love baked potatoes almost as much as I love my kids and hubby 🤦🏽♀️🤷🏽♀️I never thought to cook my Mississippi pot roast in my instant pot, I always cook mine in the crock pot. Your way was much faster, I should try it! The strawberry idea is genius Sis! I gotta check out your taco seasoning recipe and I did have that same pampered chef chopper, years ago…I’m not sure where it is now but it was definitely a life saver in the kitchen. I’m always happy I click on your videos 🥰🥰🥰

We love Mississippi Roast, but where I live the cheapest roast I’ve found is like 35.00 right now!!!! That pie looks amazing and we will be making it!!$

Everything looked so good especially that cantaloupe 🍈 Next time you make the rice skillet add the tomato paste when you add the broth it will help break it down easier. 😊

Everything looked yummy! I've never seen the Mississippi roast made w/broth. I've always used a stick of butter. I'm sure your way is much healthier.
