    Try my recipe for Brussels sprouts, I think you’ll like them! Start with a half pound of bacon cut into small pieces and cook until crispy. Add 2-3 pounds fresh Brussels sprouts cut in half. Sauté about 5 minutes to get some color. Add 1 bunch chopped green onions and a teaspoon dried thyme. Add one can chicken broth and then simmer until it’s reduced by half and sprouts are tender.
