I forgot to mention on the smoked chicken dinner that was garlic Parmesan orzo, not risotto. Risotto is made with rice not pasta. Orzo is a pasta. Happy Sunday Friends! 😍

Seeing your bacon wrapped hotdogs reminded me of a dish my mom made almost every Saturday. Not sure if it had a name, probably something she made up. She buttered a baking dish and poured in 2 cans of pork n beans or baked beans and on top she put the bacon wrapped whiners in a single layer and baked til the bacon was crispy. Sometimes she would sprinkle on some shredded cheese and pop it back in the oven til the cheese was melted.
