    For the spaghetti squash, try roasting it first for a little bit (20 min) and then cutting if it gives trouble. Just poke some holes in it with a knife first. For the raw squash, make sure you have a very sharp knife and cut at the root, not off to the side. I’ve tried it both ways and it works.

    I don’t have an instant pot and probably won’t get one until I move into a house (I can’t fit another appliance in my kitchen), but I enjoy watching everyone else make meals in theirs.

I've always wanted to try spaghetti squash! and I need to make my own alfredo sauce at some point! you could use a little corn starch in place of flour just mix it with equal parts of cold water first before you put it in. 🙂 I use onion soup mix packets in my meatloaf, super yummy. Great job girl! <3
