If you add a cookie cooling rack to that tray and then lay the bacon on it it bakes the bacon well on both sides and allows the grease to drip down below.
Instead of vinegar and oil in that orzo salad, you could substitute your favorite brand of Italian (not creamy) or garlic parmesan dressing for a different delicious flavoring.

That orzo salad looks incredible! I love making Greek salad, but have never thought to use orzo in it. I also love using the Cavender's All Purpose Greek Seasoning.

It took my mind back to about 1969-‘74 when I wore my hair in a longer side pony tail. One thing that was stylish to wear with any type of pony tale was a thin head scarf, twirled around into a long piece. Then tie it around the ponytail and then a loose bow, then pull apart. So that’s what we were doing when you were still being thought about. You all are a precious adorable family! Btw, back in the 60s I would have been in heaven if I had had your pretty face!
