    Hello Kim. Everything Looked Delicious. I Make My Meatloaf using a box of Stovetop Stuffing as the binder. Green pepper and onion. And BBQ Sauce instead of ketchup. It's seriously Heavenly.     I've noticed that the Philadelphia cream cheese melts much better. Idk what brand you used, but I don't have as much luck with other brands. I don't buy much of anything name brand, but when I'm making something like that, I buy the Philadelphia.

    I never liked meatloaf as a kid. I made it myself when I was around 12 and suddenly I was a fan. My kids are also big fans. It's probably one of the most requested meals. I started cooking it in the IP with the potatoes on the bottom and then I cover it in bbq sauce and broil it for a few minutes.

    Good morning! So glad to see y’all this week. Next time you have green beans, cook them in your cast iron skillet instead of a sauce pan. Do all the same steps, just different skillet. My grandma used to cook them like that and I still do to this day. They will sort of wilt down, we call it killing the beans. They’re great. My kids will only eat them this way.
