I like the idea of the stuffed pepper recipe! I will be trying that one out it sound alot easier then actually stuffing peppers! and kids can be so picky! I have tried the stuffed shells before, maybe not that particular recipe and they are always a hit at my house! thanks so much for sharing! xoxo

Oh my goodness, those Recipes looked so good to me. I truly wish we would have had access to the internet when my kids were younger, maybe they would have liked my dinners more than they did. That did survived my cooking, so there’s that. I Always enjoy watching your videos, your adorable. Thanks so much for sharing your thoughts and family with us!

Everything looks yummy Kim. If kids had to eat like we use to and never got a taste of fast food they would not no what to do. Lol my kids use to eat everything I cooked and loved it. But we hardly ever ate out. It was only once in awhile. My grandkids are the same but I have a great grandson that hardly eats anything. But he has ADHD and has a texture problem. So that's why he's so picky. But my Great granddaughter that is 4 she will eat anything and loves food. Lol. Thanks for sharing hope you have a great weekend. Love ya Hugs and stay safe 💕 God Bless

These meals looked so good! Love your kids honest reactions. It is so refreshing to see a “real” family dinner, not like some of the other ones on YouTube who make everything seem sooooo perfect. You are so relatable & down to earth…. If we lived in the same town, we would so be friends 🤣❤️

Hi Kim. Your kids cracked me up during the beef and bell peppers supper. My daughter loves to eat bell peppers fresh she doesn’t believe they should be cooked… I just roll my eyes at her lol. Once our kiddos get older their taste buds will change and hopefully they’ll come to love cooked bell peppers. They also go great with chicken or beef fajitas. Yum! Happy Friday, I hope you have a nice weekend. Stay warm.

A easy way to stuff shells is to put the filling (cooled) into a zip lock bag and then cut the end corner off just like if you were frosting a cupcake but make a bigger hole. Its so much easier than trying to fill with a spoon

    I will try the 🧀 🐔 recipe…. I'll pour it over 🍚 rice!

ALSO: we make an "unstuffed pepper casserole" that's a lot like your recipe today, a really good glug of Worcestershire sauce makes it delicious – it adds a depth of flavor!!!

Good Morning 😃! This is my first time watching your channel! The food looks really good! A idea for you is to blend the bell peppers with a little water before adding it to the casserole and kinda cook it down where they can’t see the peppers. My mother in law used to do it all the time but me I just kinda cook them down. I enjoyed watching your channel!
