I had to come back and report that I made the Barbacoa beef and churro beans yesterday, and they were tremendous!! We will definitely make this again and again. I am going to use the leftovers tomorrow to make nachos. Thank you for the suggestions!

All the food looks so good. I have that air fryer. It is the best. I had an air fryer before but, it was such a pain to clean I rarely used it. Have to try the chicken. And the charro beans looked so good. That would be a good meal beans and cornbread. Thanks for sharing. Take care. Catch the next time.

I begged my husband for an air fryer last Christmas. He got me a very expensive one and I used it a couple times and hated it. It’s been sitting under the counter for months now. To me… the air fryer just takes way to long and things just don’t taste as good. 🤷🏼‍♀️

Air Fryers are highly over rated in my opinion. Old School is the best way to go. I'm not a fan of all these new fangled money wasting gadgets! Thank you for not adding music in between or during recipes…it is REFRESHING to not have to hear that on cooking videos. Recipes look great!

Hi Kim. As always, everything looked so good. Congratulations, Courtney, on getting to be in the beta club. Forgive my ignorance but I am an old lady and I have no clue what that is, but I heard you tell your momma you had something very exciting to share with her, then you squealed, and then momma was squealing, so I know it's wonderful and important. I'm so proud of you. Kim, hubby is getting braver. He gave you the greatest compliment. And isn't that what it's all about when we cook for our loved ones? Have a great week and as always, take care and stay well.

What delicious meals. I love to cook but hate the cleanup. I don't have an air fryer or instapot. We live in an 850 sqft condo and have a small kitchen. I don't have the space to store it. Anyway I have a delicious chicken recipe for you. Use chicken tenders. Taken your tenders and lightly coat with flour, then dip in a mixture of egg and Tabasco or that franks hot sauce. To 2 beaten eggs put about 1-2 tlbs of the hot sauce. After dipping in egg mixture, coat the tenders in crushed up crispy fried onions– the ones in a can you put on green bean casserole. Place on a foil or parchment lined cookie sheet. Spray it well with cooking spray. Cook 375 for 12 mins and flip over and cook another 12 mins. Girl..this is the best chicken you'll ever eat. I usually serve with mashed potatoes and a veggie.

Tammy at collard valley cook said never use tongs on breaded meat, because it takes the crust off. She had long meat hook she uses, which makes everything easy to remove. Just a quick tip.

Thanks for another great video. So glad I found you a few days ago. I get so tired of trying to figure out what’s for dinner and getting no help from hubby. I love the way your family rates to meals too. So many times I wonder how the food actually tastes.

I do not care for cooking things in the air fryer just breaded with flour. I do not have luck making anything crispy. I do better if I do a standard breading. Coat lightly in flour. Then in egg. I then coat them in seasoned panko bread crumbs. Everything turns out crunchy and delicious. We love chicken breasts coated with crushed pretzels too. I take the pretzels and finely crush them in the food processor or blender. I then season with just a little paprika and pepper. Do not salt as the pretzels have plenty. I coat the chicken breasts with just a thick coating of honey mustard then roll them in the pretzels. Then spray the basket and the chicken with cooking spray. Cook them for 20 to 25 minutes at 400 degrees. If you do not care for mustard you can coat with mayonnaise instead but the mustard with the pretzels is delicious. I have also found that it is important to bread the food and allow the breading to rest on there for about 30 minutes before starting to cook it. I often will bread it mid day and refrigerate until ready to cook it. This keeps the breading from falling off.

Another great video ! I never bought mayo until I heard about dukes ! It makes a great homemade ranch . One cup dukes, one cup buttermilk and an envelope of hidden valley ranch .
