One of my favorite pasta dishes to make now comes from Cooking With Doug's YT channel. It is a penne and meat sauce in the instant pot and it is so quick, easy and delishious. Give it a try Kristin, I think you guys will like it.

Oh I’m going to do the celery in the freezer! We don’t eat it often so I’ll skip it sometimes instead of buying a head and letting it go to waste.

I love well done London broil. I used to order it from Blank Angus restaurant. Waiter always looked at me weird cause I wanted it well done but served with prepared horseradish and a nice baked potato with sour cream and butter and chives and a baby green salad with Ken’s ranch dressing is making my mouth water.

I have seen the Sour Cream Noodle Bake recipe and didn’t ever bother with it, because it looked like a very, very, basic baked spaghetti. I’m glad you made the comment that it’s nothing like that, so now I will have to try it! Thanks for sharing!

Those enchiladas looked amazing!! I definitely have to try that especially with that sauce! YUM! As for London Broil, my mom always poked it all over with a fork and then marinated it all day in the regular ole orange French dressing and it turned out great!! The dressing turned into a sauce. I dont think that cut is meant to be cooked for a long period of time.
