I'm wondering why you chose to serve rice AND potatoes for your third meal. Those of us who are diabetic and need to closely watch our carb intake would choose one or the other.

I just made the sheet pan sausage dinner, and boy did my family LOVE it. I used Italian seasoning and onion, garlic, & s&p. It did turn out great!
