One tiny helpful hint when you cover a dish with foil to bake or heat up for the oven , put the shiny side of the foil towards the dish. It helps to reflect the heat to your dish and also can shorten your heating time.
If you line a pan with foil then than that can be placed facing up towards your food. Cheers.

This all sounds so good. Never tried Okra in the air frier, but I dont have an air frier so I'm not much help on that. The Hobo Packets look real good, and I do the same thing when planning out Potato meals for a bunch of people and how many potatoes to cut up. 😊

I have tried the air fryer with that same okra and the Walmart brand as well and they just don't cook right. I wasted my okra.
