Speaking of Pesto. When I make a roasted chicken or get a rotisserie one from Costco I like to take several slices off the breast and take
2 slices of sour dough bread, spread pesto on one side, sun dried tomato on the other side, place the chicken breast and cover with a slice of Havarti cheese. Put sandwich together and grill on stove or panini press until bread is golden and cheese is melted This is my favorite sandwich

Taco salad looks yummy! Glad you’re enjoying your taco seasoning. 🌮 The potluck looked fabulous! We’re still not doing potlucks at our church, but we’re having a catered meal outdoors next Sunday and a snow cone truck, fun! Keith wants to know how those lava cakes taste!

    Hello My Sweet Friend!
I remember when you made the bean jars for Christmas gifts. You made a lot of creative gifts for Christmas.
I made soup this past week as well. Oxtail soup.
Dorito makes a Taco Flavor Chip that I use to use in my taco salads. Try it sometime. It's delicious. 😋
What a fun Sunday School party. So glad you had a nice time. Looks there was lots of yummy foods and desserts but most imporantly, it sounds like you all had a wonderful time of fellowship. So happy for you all. 😁
Chocolate lava cake. Yum. My son is going to make me chocolate lava cake for mother's day. I am so looking forward to it.
I truly enjoy your videos and look forward to them on Sunday. You and Tim make me smile and laugh….a lot.
Thanks so much. Hope you have a fantastic and blessed week. 😘❤🙏

Great meals and very glad you were able to make some time for fun! Sometimes as adults, we are so occupied with responsibilities, we forget to just be joyful and play! We are guilty of that here at times. It's a lovely place to live, but with it comes work that never ends. Sometimes you just need to make a simple dinner, sit outside, watch the duckies swimming in their little pool, see the chickens play, the kitties chase dragonflies, the dog faithfully sitting beside you (hoping you will drop something) and the goat trying to nibble my roses when she thinks I'm not looking! Great idea to use up those soup fixings too, by the way. Soup is just so yummy, cost effective and delicious!

Yum 😋 that BBQ chicken looked delicious as did that taco salad. I use doritos in a taco casserole. I cook up some ground beef with salt, pepper, onion, and add salsa, pinto beans(smashed up a little), some velveeta. Cook until velveeta has melted. Add enough cheese and salsa until the mixture is nice an creamy. Add into a baking dish. Then add crushed doritos. Use enough until it's good and combined. I usually use about half the bag to 3/4pound or so of ground beef. I top with shredded cheddar cheese and bake until hot and bubbly. I altered the original recipe. I think it called for cream soup. I added beans and velveeta to make it creamy.

Church dinners are the best! Not only do you have the fellowship, but there is always just the best food!

Hi Stacy and Tim all I can say is YUM! All looked so good. I would never think about making cookies in my air fryer. But I will now. Looks like you really enjoyed your Sunday School luncheon. I'm all for pizza and chocolate. How was the lava cake by the way? Thanks for sharing. Hope you enjoy your week.
