Thanks very much for making this video for your audience. I am not in a situation where I need to be frugal but have got to a mindset of wanting to be less wasteful with food.
I will give all of your meals a go.
Specially like the look of the one with baked potatoes. I am Australian so its winter here.
???? Do you grow all the vegetables in these meals.????
    They all look so fresh.

Some great ideas there. I have no problem with eating same meal the next day at all. When I make a lasagne now I make two one for the oven and one for next day and then put some In foil trays. Feels like a ready meal however a homemade one. Just made a glorious toad in the hole Mary Berry recipe and it was divine 😋 just served with peas and carrots as the batter rose so well and there was plenty

I like to add smoked sausage to sautéed cabbage and onions. To make it extra tasty I add some boiled gluten free potato dumplings once the cabbage and sausage are nearly finished cooking.

It is one of those dishes that actually taste better the next day once the flavors of everything has a chance to blend together.

You brought back some good memories for me with your Sunday dinner. My mother always had roast beef for us on Sunday. I don't make it as often as she did, but if I do, it's on a Sunday!

Great job on the meal plan. Everything looked great! I noticed, that like me, most of your meals take minimal cooking. I have looked carefully at our electric use in cooking. By being careful with these things, we have managed to offset our air conditioning a little (necessary here in Florida). I am starting to collect No Cook recipes and will do more of those this July and most of my meal prep that way in August (our hottest month). An example is your Cole slaw and lettuce salads. So, if you have any No Cook recipes, I would love to see it. I make a good tinned salmon salad and tinned mackerel salad, for example.
Thanks for all you do. You have one of my favorite channels! ❤️🐞

Lovely healthy meals, I'd happily eat everything you've cooked. I have saved the courgette fritter recipe as I'm just starting to pick courgettes and know there will be LOTS to follow. Thank you again.

Yummy. I will make a lentil moussaka this week. Also the courgette and chickpea fritters. We are trying to eat veggie/vegan in the week for health and budget reasons. Keep getting courgettes in my veg box!
