I fix a chicken recipe similar to your Ritz – Ranch cracker . Just use bread crumbs. But I am going to try using the Ritz crackers. My daughter would love that. Yes keep the Sunday what's for dinner? So fun.

There are many things worse than hamburger 3 times a week. When I was a kid in WV we had squirrel and gravy almost every day during hunting season. Possum & sweet potatoes. Groundhog boiled in spicewood broth. We survived on it but I'm glad I can choose not to eat it.
We call it Better than Disney cake because the kids love that cake lol
