Everything looked good to me I remembered the pork shoulder steaks. Dad was having a tough year work and we had quit farming so didn't have our own meat and mom was having to buy meat at the store in the 70s and it was a kind of a bad time. Dad was complaining about no meat and too much hamburger and her option was to buy pork steaks so that we had those probably once a week. I always enjoyed them and they sort of went out of style I guess in our area I was never seeing them and they were kind of when I was say 16 or 17 so I remembered them a lot. Looking forward to the dip that look good. I have not tried w sauce in my green beans I will have to try that my son has tried some soy sauce he's liking soy sauce in most everything just because it's got a background deep flavor and saltiness that he likes

We sauce our pork steak or pork shoulder steak (both) every time we flip them on the grill with BBQ sauce. Cook to crispy but juicy and the fat gets nicely charred and they for me are the onlyyyyy way I eat it or would have it. My mom made them a few times without sauce in a frying pan when we were kids and no thanks to that. I'd rather have a chop in that case.

Just saying if you haven't tried it that way, I highly recommend it. My sister is almost 70 and she just told our mother we need to do those, haven't had them in some time lol and have a family get together. They are that good is what I am saying! I don't even CARE what kind of BBQ sauce as along as it is BBQ sauce.

For me though, it has to be cooked on, saucing after doesn't do it.

BUT that's not to say everything didn't look good from the grill and the rest of the food, it looked YUMMY.

    Great video.
