I’m definitely using that caprese salad idea. I have some balsamic vinegar from a local place that is so delicious. Will be especially good with garden fresh tomatoes.

Everything looks delicious! I’m guessing that in the pasta the “off texture” you mentioned was because of the eggs. I found that if I mix the eggs with the ricotta etc completely and then add that doesn’t happen. Gonna try that salad and rice meal.

My gosh thank you for reminding me about Heinz 57 sauce for the chicken. I love it and haven’t thought about it in years but now it’s on my grocery list lol. That caprese salad looked delicious as well as everything else you made. By the way if you want your pot of water to boil quickly just put a lid on it and it really speeds up the process.
