Hey Taylor, I’m exhausted after grocery shopping as well and I usually fix an easy meal or eat out. Some of the recipes I’m looking forward to try from this week’s what’s for dinner would be beef and Broccoli ramen and chicken enchilada casserole.

I have seen the enchilada recipe before, but have always been afraid to try it. I think I will soon though, it looks so yummy! 😊😊 hope you had a good super bowl. Interested to see what you make for that. I unfortunately had to work today, so watching your video late. Have a great week. ❀ hope you guys have a nice valentine's day.

I went through a time when I hated onions and "thought they ruined everything and didn't understand why people used them so much." Now I love onions once again, haha
(I actually feel animosity towards bacon now. I know, the HORROR!!
    😱😱 haha)

Try your chops at 400 with or without some type of brown sugar marinade or sauce, just seasoned are good too. They will sear sealing in all the juices. Depending on the thickness of the chop only go 15 to 20 minutes. You can also do a tenderloin this way. I am sure they are good at lower temp for longer but I will never do them another way. I do steak the same way with a high temp to sear and seal in those juices. Flip them of course. Yummy.

Just a suggestion. Think you will love them even more.

This past thanksgiving we had an entire honey baked ham meal because I had a liver transplant on Oct 22 and couldn’t cook of course. Everything was excellent and so convenient but pricey and worth it lol. Can’t wait to make that meatloaf it looks so yummy as does everything you make!
