Something that helps with the meatballs is blanching them in either stock or water for a few minutes. It helps get rid of the gamey weird taste they sometimes have. I've found it makes them so much better tasting. Once I do that I drain them and then put them in whatever I'm making sauce wise.

The topping for the tilapia looked good but my family won’t eat fish. So did you say, you used it on chicken?? The same way , but you switched the cheese??

Taylor, if you bake the bagged meatballs for about 30 minutes BEFORE you put them into your sauce they have such a better consistency, much more like home made. I tried this once before a party when I was supposed to bring the grape jelly meatballs and I forgot about it. To speed it up, I baked the meatballs first and OMG! what a difference!

Watching Lilly cook warmed my heart! She is the sweetest girl….xo Thanks to YOU I am eating more fish…the other evening I used Kellogg's Corn Flake crumbs (of course Kellogg's HA) and seasoned them up and rolled the fish and baked…SO GOOD! My doggie loves it also…I am with you…I just can't go frozen meatballs. I found a recipe years ago, Kittencal's Meatballs..they are the BEST that I have ever eaten..you'll have to check them out. OK…I think this is it!

As usual everything looked yummy. Remember that brown food is good food. A little color just adds a little more flavor 😊 I love how your darling kids like to help and Lily is going to be a pro like her Mommy. She even holds the knife like a chef. They’re the cutest kids on YouTube 🥰

I love that you talk the whole time you're cooking; I don't like videos where I'm just supposed to watch. =) Your videos are great, and your meals look delicious!
